Herd Immunity pertinent to economic recovery

As the country begins its Covid-19 inoculation programme, Prime Minster of Antigua and Barbuda the Hon. Gaston Browne warns economic recovery hinges on herd immunity.
He is once again appealing for citizens to make themselves available for the Oxford/AstraZeneca jab when the opportunity present itself.

The end goal he says is to significantly reduce the number of hospitalizations and deaths resulting from the disease.

The Prime Minister was speaking during his weekly radio programme on Pointe FM.
