ICTs HEART Initiative Workshop Launched

The Government of Antigua and Barbuda is taking the leading role in the Caribbean, as it relates to the way in which people with disabilities can benefit from the ICTs HEART initiative.
On Monday, a seminar dubbed “Heart ICT’S and People with Disabilities a Caribbean workshop”, was Launched, with a number of High level officials present.
