Increase In Airlifts Expected For 2015
The government is anticipating an increase in the amount of airlifts coming to the twin island state in 2015.
Prime Minister the Hon. Gaston Browne says as the country continue to experience a hike in various tourism investment, increasing airlift to the country will become a possibility.
Browne noted that in order for such to happen more hotels would have to be built to accommodate the large influx of visitors.
In 2013, the country boasts of increased flights from several airlines to include Caribbean Airways, American, United, Delta, U.S Airways, Air Canada, West Jet, Virgin Atlantic, and British Airways.
The twin island state economy is 75% driven by direct tourism investment.
