LAWMAKERS RATIFY AGREEMENT ESTABLISHING CCO

Lawmakers in Parliament’s Lower House have ratified the agreement establishing the Caribbean Customs Organization.
It was ratified as a treaty under section 3 (1)(C) of the Ratification of Treaties Act.
The resolution was piloted by Prime Minister and Finance Minister Hon. Gaston Browne on Friday.
He explained one of key functions of the organization.
