LEROY KING LOSES EXTRADITION FIGHT

Leroy King has lost out at the final stage of his legal battle to stave off extradition, with the Judicial Committee of the Privy Council ruling against him.

The Privy council’s judgement was delivered this morning and takes effect on the 6th of November, meaning King will face extradition to the United States to face fraud charges. King, the former head of the Financial Services Regulatory Commission, stands accused by US prosecutors in the multi-billion dollar ponzi scheme master-minded by Allen Stanford.
