PM BROWNE ADVOCATES FOR CARICOM BLOC AT HIGH-LEVEL FORUM IN SPAIN

Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne is renewing calls for the Global North to do more to assist Antigua and Barbuda and other vulnerable states.

The prime minister spoke up for the 15-member Caricom bloc as he addressed the high-level Financing for Development Conference in Sevilla, Spain.

He wants the developed world to act with the fierce urgency of now, as the impacts of climate change become increasingly pronounced.

Prime Minister Browne delivered a five-point priority list on behalf of Caricom on Monday.
