TRANSFORMATION OF OLD DELUXE CINEMA BEGINS

Work is now in progress to transform the Old Deluxe Cinema building into the long-anticipated National Performing Arts Centre.

The National Housing and Urban Renewal Company is spearheading the retrofitting of the facility.
