Querard Refuses Government’s Offer Of One Million Dollars

Managing Director of Half Moon Bay Holdings, Natalia Querard, has refused government’s offer of a million dollars.

The cheque was presented Thursday during a meeting between the two parties at the High Court.

Government made the offer after a warrant was issued by the court over a week ago, for the minister of finance to pay 40 million US dollars to HMB Holdings.
