RESIDENTS ENCOURAGED TO GET INOCULATED

There is another call this evening for residents to avail themselves of the Oxford-AstraZeneca jab as phase two of the public vaccination programme continues.
The encouragement has come from Information Minister Hon. Melford Nicholas.
He was responding to a question in this morning’s press briefing about what could be accounting for the moderate turn-out in phase two.

While encouraging residents to get inoculated, Minister Nicholas says this would alleviate any doubt in the public’s mind while the nation seeks to reach herd immunity.
