Sandals Grand Prepares For Hospitality Training Program

As the country increases efforts to further develop and diversify its tourism sector, hospitality training has been identified as a key component.

To this end, the Sandals Grande Antigua Resort and Spa is preparing for its Hospitality Training Program (HTP), which targets young people between the ages of 18 and 25, who have a desire to work in the service industry.

Elisa Graham recently sat down with the resort’s training and development manager, Sherene Bird, and now presents a special feature on the benefits of the program.
