SENATOR SHENELLA GOVIA ‘HUMBLED’ BY PENDING APPOINTMENTS

One of the nation’s youngest legislators, Senator Shenella Govia is to be elevated to the post of Leader of Government Business in the Senate.

She is also to be made junior minister in the Ministry of Education, Sports and Creative Industries.

The announcement was made Thursday night by Prime Minister Hon. Gaston Browne, during an interview on ‘Community Matters’ with Ameen Dias.
