ST JOHN’S LUTHERAN RESPONDS TO NEW DEVELOPMENTS
Officials of St John’s Lutheran School have confirmed that students from the pre-school and four classes will be asked to remain home quarantine for the 14-day period beginning tomorrow.
It provided the update in a correspondence to parents today, in light of developments related to possible COVID-19 exposure.
The school says the action is in line with its protocols and in the interests of all students, thought it cannot confirm the status of any student.
It says live instruction via google classroom will commence this Wednesday morning, while students from the remaining classes are expected to return to school tomorrow.
The school says it is safe for the return of the remaining students because of the safety protocols in place.
Meanwhile, the school is also making it clear it was not shut down on Friday in light of recent developments.
