Thomas believes that education is essential to preventing the loss of life in the event of a fire.

He believes that the Grays farm community on a whole will come together and offer comfort to the families devastated by the blaze.

Thomas believes the incident marks a very bad start to 2014 in terms of the destructiveness of fires.

He calls on the relevant authorities who can put measures in place to do so to avoid re-occurrences of situations like this.
