A Special facility was commissioned on Wednesday in efforts aimed at  eradicating the problem of stray dogs in Antigua and Barbuda. Governor General Dame Louise Lake Tack, Minister of Agriculture the Hon. Hilson Baptiste, and health officials were in attendance
