Teco Lake On Chapau Bau

nvestigations are continuing into the CHAPA/ Bau Panel project.
That’s according to Minister with responsibility for the Central Housing and Planning Authority, the Hon. Eustace Teco Lake.
Lake says the government previously placed a caution on the multimillion dollar housing project, pending the outcome of an investigation.
The ABLP administration questioned the legality of the joint venture agreement between the Central Housing and Planning Authority – CHAPA – and the private firm Bau Panel.
Speaking to ABS News, the Minister of Works and Housing says a meeting was held in New York with agents of Bau Panel to discuss an amicable way forward. He gives further details on the outcome.
