The Prime Minister has issued a statement on the YIDA Development, following a statement by Chief Environment Officer Diann Black-Layne, which confirms that there was no indiscriminate removal of mangroves within the development area.

The Prime Minister noted that those who are propagating otherwise are misleading the public.
