Tourism Office In Germany

Antigua and Barbuda’s Minister of Tourism, the Hon. Asot Michael has indicated that Government’s seeking to re-open-its tourist office in Germany.
This announcement follows a courtesy visit by the country’s Honorary Consul to Germany earlier in the month.
Minister Michael says the country is considering its options in re-establishing a base in Germany, and assigning a dedicated sales team to the region to provide on-the-ground support.
He adds that the German market grew by 8.9% from the period January – November 2014, compared to the same period in 2013.
Minister Michael says Germany is the country’s second largest European market after Italy.
Currently, Antigua and Barbuda’s UK & European marketing is managed from its UK Headquarters, in London.
