UPP Chairman Says Government Is not Illegal

The UPP is dispelling claims by the ALP that the government is illegal because it’s been more than five years since the last general Elections held on 12 March 2009.

But as legal expert and UPP Party Chairman Leon Chaku Symister explains, this is far from the truth.

The ALP has declared that it will not attend any further sittings in parliament, but Symister says this claim is ludicrous.

He gives reasons for this position.
