“YOU WILL BE SAFE” – PUBLIC SAFETY MINISTER VOWS RESOLUTE RESPONSE TO UPTICK IN CRIME

Attorney General and Public Safety Minister, Hon. Steadroy Benjamin has sought to assure the public of a robust response to the recent spate of violent crimes.
He said the security forces will be vigorous in pushing back on violence-producers, including prison inmates who are believed to be fomenting crime from their cells.
The AG also promises that the Government will boost the capabilities of the police, through the provision of more resources.
