38th CPA Opens in Antigua

The 38th Commonwealth Parliamentary Association (CPA) meeting officially began with an opening ceremony on Tuesday at the Jolly Beach Resort and Spa.

Over fifty delegates representing countries across the Caribbean are attending the regional event.

This is the first time that the twin island state is hosting a meeting of this caliber.
