A 90 member Antigua and Barbuda contingent has arrived in Surinam to participate in Carifesta XI.

Minister of Culture the Hon. Eleston Adams is among other leading figures within the Culture and Arts sector represented.

Optimism is one clear theme shared about the twin island state’s showing at the August 16 to 25 event.
