ANTIGUAN MUSICIAN PAYS TRIBUTE TO NOEL DEXTER

There has been an outpouring of glowing tributes for former director of the University Singers, Jamaican Noel Dexter who died this past weekend.
Among those praising Dexter’s legacy is Dr. George Roberts, one of the country’s most accomplished musicians.
Dr Roberts spoke with ABS news today.
