Construction Of Ten More Houses Will Start At Dredge Bay Shortly

Work on an additional ten houses will begin shortly at the Dredge Bay site of the Government-sponsored Affordable Housing Programme.

Prime Minister the Hon Gaston Browne, the parliamentary representative for the area, says this will take to sixteen the number of houses under construction at the site. Two model houses are already completed.

Browne says while there have been challenges on the project caused by a lack of materials…there is no issue with funding.

He continued that the larger project, which will be funded by the Mexican government, will be offset shortly.
