Differing views surrounding a popular carnival tune

The Country’s youngest Party Monarch King, Rattigan is being criticized by a top education official over his popular Road March song.

But the 2013 Up-tempo Soca winner tells ABS News that he believes his song “Golden Cup” is just as creative as those produced by local and regional artistes in years gone by.
