The Chinese government has officially handed over the facility that is envisaged to become the University of Antigua, to the Government of Antigua and Barbuda.

At a formal ceremony today (Fri), attended by a number of key officials, documents were also signed, signaling the completion of renovation work at the Sir Vivian Richards Stadium.
