Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LIAT Ian Brunton is assuring the traveling public of the company’s continued commitment to raising the level of customer service offered by the airline. Brunton’s declaration comes in the wake of a recent ‘Open Letter’ of complaint to LIAT by long-standing customer, Arthur Hicks.
