POLICEMAN ON RAPE AND KIDNAPPING CHARGE UNABLE TO POST BAIL

The Police officer accused of kidnapping and raping a thirteen year old girl has been granted bail.

He will however remain in custody in a prison cell at the Police Headquarters where he has been since November 2 because he could not provide the cash deposit.
