SENATE PASSES AMENDMENT TO LOAN BILL

News now from the nation’s legislature…
Parliament’s Upper House has passed the Loan (Borrowing from the Antigua Commercial Bank Amendment Bill 2021.
The legislation addresses a debt for which Parliament had already given its approval and does not introduce any new borrowing.
ABS’ Cortnie Joseph witnessed the proceedings.
