Spencer Meant Business On Nomination Day

The Multipurpose Cultural Centre was engulfed with an air of excitement as the two candidates contesting the St. John’s Rural West seats arrived with their nomination teams.

Dr. the Hon. Baldwin Spencer and leader of the United Progressive Party and Londell Benjamin of the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party had overwhelming support as they were nominated to contest the June 12 General elections.
