The Ministry Of Social Transformation And Human Resources Is Making A Difference

St. John’s,Antigua – A program within The Ministry of Social Transformation and Human Resources is making a difference in the lives of young people in Antigua & Barbuda.
The Directorate of Gender Affairs’ Work and Life Skills Programme is geared towards empowering youth to secure employment.

The three-month initiative, which imparts basic knowledge of professional behaviour in the workplace, includes a community service component, to highlight to participants the importance of giving back.

Eighteen students completed the programme on Thursday and are looking to use the experiences gained to further their development.
