Dominica Crowned Miss Jaycees

Miss Dominica, Tasia Floissac, is now basking in the afterglow of her victory in the 55th Jaycees international Queen pageant Sunday night.

Floissac emerged winner after competing against 10 other contestants from across the Caribbean as well as the U.S.
