HUMAN SKELETAL REMAINS FOUND IN FFRYES ESTATE
Police are continuing their investigations at this hour into the discovery of human skeletal remains in a septic tank in Ffryes Estate last night.
The remains are believed to be of a male, but there is yet no confirmation of an identity.
It is reported that a homeowner who had recently returned to the island, discovered that his toilets were blocked.
He then called a sewage truck to clean his septic tank and while this was being done, he discovered human remains inside, along with a black belt, black shoe, a kettle and a pot.
What appeared to be dreadlocks were also reportedly fished from the tank.
Police are intensifying their probe into the matter.

Police are confirming that the remains of a man were found tonight in the Ffryes area. Details are sketchy but our information is that a homeowner made the grim discovery of the skeletal remains. Police have not indicated whether they have any clues as to the identity of the dead man.
