AGENCIES NOW TALKING ON ERECTION OF WIND TURBINES
There has been progress on the project to erect wind turbines to diversify the country’s energy supply.
Chief Environment Officer, Ambassador Diann Black Layne says the relevant entities are all collaborating.
She had expressed concern during an interview with our news centre last week that crucial information was not forthcoming from the APUA.
She says this is one of the projects the Green Climate Fund is excited about.
Ambassador Black Layne is also confident Antigua and Barbuda will gain significantly by way of savings as it reduces the reliance on fossil fuels.
