COURTS OF JUSTICE FEES BILL 2019 PASSED IN PARLIAMENT

There has been a major step toward improving the administration of justice in this country.
Parliament’s Lower House has passed the Court of Justice Fees Bill 2019which is a harmonized legislation across the territories of the Eastern Caribbean Court.
It will provide greater financial autonomy to the lower courts, including setting up the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court Improvement and Administration Fund.
