WEST INDIES DEFEAT AUSTRALIA IN SECOND T20I

Reigning world T20I champions West Indies defeated Austrailia on Saturday to take a 2-0 lead in their 5-match series. The Caribbean side secured a 56-run win at the Daren Sammy Cricket Stadium in St Lucia following a clinical performance with both bat and ball.
Shimron Hetmyer top-scored with 61 from 36 balls to help the Windies amass an imposing 196 for 4 in their 20 overs. He shared in a record 103-run fourth-wicket partnership with Dwayne Bravo, who hit an undefeated 47 from 34 balls. The Australians were then dismissed for 140 in 19.2 overs as Hayden Walsh Jr took 3 for 29 and Sheldon Cottrel 2 for 22.
Hetmyer was named player of the match.
The third match takes place on Monday at the same venue.
