Lectures set to remove Negative Stigma associated with Marijuana
Local advocates for the decriminalization of marijuana use have embarked on a series of lectures aimed at removing the negative stigma associated with the plant.
As long time advocate King Frank-I explains the Silk Cotton Institute, which hosts the website HEMP ANU will stage these sessions.
King Frank I, is in the process of preparing a document to be presented to Prime Minister Dr. the Hon. Baldwin Spencer to be presented at next CARICOM Heads of Government meeting.
CARICOM Chairman Dr. Ralph Gonsalves has called for serious discussion at the CARICOM level about the medicinal value of marijuana.
