FORMER POLICE SUPERINTENDENT RECEIVES PRESTIGIOUS AWARD

Retired police superintendent Cosmos Marcelle is one of the final recipients of the late Queen Elizabeth II’s Queen’s Police Medal.
Marcelle was recommended as a recipient of the award in 2022, and received his insignia at Government House on Wednesday.
