YOUNG BENNA BOYS ADVANCE IN CONCACAF TOURNAMENT

The footballers of Antigua & Barbuda have advanced to the next round of the Curacao leg of the CONCACAF Under 15 Tournament.
The Antiguans were guaranteed qualification when they defeated the group H winners Curacao 3-1 Tuesday evening.
On target were Jaeden Browne, Marco Michael and Samuel Braizer.
It meant the twin-island state won 2 and lost 1 of their 3 group games, having previously beaten Bonaire 2-0, but lost to St. Kitts & Nevis 2-1.
Like Curacao, they accumulated 6 points, but finished runners-up because of an inferior goal difference.
The other group contenders, Bonaire and St. Kitts & Nevis ended with 3 points each.
The Antiguans will continue their campaign on Thursday when they tackle Nicaragua, who emerged victors of group E.
