Prime Minister Spencer Honors Late Venezuelan President

Prime Minister Dr. the hon. Baldwin Spencer says Antigua and Barbuda owes the late president and the people of Venezuela a debt of gratitude, for their continued support in advancing government’s social programmes.

His statement comes as the North Sound Housing Development was dedicated this morning (Friday) to the late Hugo Chavez, under whose leadership government secured funding for construction of the homes.
