If you have experienced or are experiencing workplace violence and harassment, Labour Commissioner, Eltonia Anthony-David, is urging you to report it immediately.

In an exclusive interview with ABS News, she outlines the procedure for reporting any occurrences including bullying, stalking, and unwanted sexual advances.  It comes as the Labour Department is spearheading public consultations on the Workplace Violence and Harassment (Prevention) Bill 2026.
