Cuba continues to face a severe crisis, driven by a crippling fuel shortage and economic strain.

This comes as the United States has prevented Venezuela from sending oil to Cuba, since the US military operation in Caracas which deposed President Nicolas Maduro last month.

US President Donald Trump has also threatened to impose tariffs on goods from any country sending oil to Cuba.

ABS News sought the views of members of the public on what role Caricom should play in assisting Cuba.
