Dr. Darwin Telemaque earns Doctoral Degree

This country’s Port Manager has received a Doctorate from the Global University of Life-Long Learning (GULL University).  

Darwin Telemaque, now with the designation, Dr. Prof, received the Diploma from Professor Richard Teare.  Dr. Telemaque’s thesis was titled: “Sustainable Port Development and International Relations”.
