DENIS BOWERS REHABILITATION CENTRE SEEKS TO READJUST VULNERABLE YOUTH

The Dennis Bowers Rehabilitation Centre is placing greater emphasis on preparing their wards for life after they leave the facility.

Officials at the centre, formerly known as the Boys Training School, say rehabilitation, education and skills development are key to helping juveniles reintegrate into society.
