One Dead, Two Injured in Bathlodge Shooting

A pregnant woman in her early 20s was shot dead and two other people injured during a triple shooting in Bathlodge late Monday night. The two people who were injured include a 13-year-old boy.

It is reported that three gunmen entered a house in the area about 11:30pm and opened fire, hitting the three individuals.

The pregnant woman died at the scene, while the teenager and a 25-year-old man were transported to hospital by the Emergency Medical Services. The 13-year-old is in a critical condition, after he was shot in the face.

No motive has so far been ascertained for the grisly gun attack.
