PM Browne calls for New Gas Stations in Response to Closed Fuel Stations

New gas stations may soon be coming to this country.

That’s the word from Prime Minister Rt. Hon. Gaston Browne in a social media post earlier today.

The Prime Minister writes, “I have directed WIOC to invest in some storage tanks, gas and diesel pumps, to mitigate against the threat of the gas stations oligopoly ‘locking down the country’ to force an increase in their margins.”

His comments were made as gas stations were shuttered earlier today.
