Principal’s Speak Out On Loitering Problem

As the new school year begins, educators are calling on parents to be more proactive in preventing the loitering of students throughout St John’s after school hours.

The solution for the long-standing issue, school principals believe,would require a joint undertaking by the educational institutions along with parents.
