CABINET HOLDS FIRST MEETING AFTER ELECTION VICTORY

The new 11-member cabinet met on Wednesday following the completion of appointments to the new executive.

Three ministers of state have also been appointed.

They were sworn in during a ceremony at the American University of Antigua Conference Centre on Tuesday, days after the Antigua and Barbuda Labour Party secured a landslide election victory last Thursday.

Members of the new executive reacted to their appointments during interviews with ABS News.
