CHOGM BUZZ INFUSED IN OPENING CARNIVAL PARADE

The national taskforce planning for Antigua and Barbuda’s historic hosting of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting in November took their message directly to revellers, during the opening parade of Antigua’s Carnival on Saturday.

The taskforce’s media and public affairs committee engaged with spectators and revellers about the upcoming summit, while distributing complimentary bottled water and CHOGM paraphernalia.

The public relations blitz during the opening parade of Carnival came on the heels of the official launch of the 100-day countdown to CHOGM 2026.

Antigua will welcome heads of state and government across the other 55 member states of the Commonwealth for the biennial summit from November 1-4, 2026.
