HIGH COURT PREPARES FOR EXPERT TESTIMONY IN DISPUTE OVER ASOT MICHAEL’S ESTATE

The High Court has begun setting the parameters for how expert testimony will be handled in the ongoing dispute over the estate of slain MP, Asot Michael, as tensions continue between his son and his sisters.

In a procedural ruling, Justice Birnie Stephenson, considered competing applications from Michael’s son, Nigel Eugene Michael, and his sisters, Teresa-Anne and Soraya Michael, each seeking to introduce expert witnesses.
