‘I CAN READ PROPERLY NOW’ – BENEFICIARIES PRAISE PRIME MINISTER’S VISION INITIATIVE

The distribution of reading glasses free of cost under the Prime Minister’s Vision Initiative began in earnest at Villa Polyclinic on Friday, with beneficiaries expressing their delight.

Thousands of residents over the age of 40 will benefit from the initiative in the coming months, as the distribution of 25,000 reading glasses continues.

The initiative brings together the Government, Cure Blindness Project, VisionSpring, and RestoringVision.
